Pip Sivakumar, President/CEO
Since joining McDonald Technologies as Vice President in 1978 and taking over as President/CEO of McDonald Technologies in 1981, Pip has been responsible for the overall growth and management of the company’s manufacturing and engineering services. Pip has continued to direct the Company's growth and was chosen as the "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the National Association of investment companies. The Company has won multiple awards for Innovation and Quality under his direction. Over the years he has developed a customer base that includes Fortune 1000 Companies in the following industries: aerospace, automotive systems, communications, computer systems, consumer electronics, defense electronics, geophysics, medical, and telecommunications. Pip received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Accounting from Loyola College and his Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Southern University

Rob Peck: Chief Financial Officer
Rob has over 20 years in Senior Finance within the High Technology - Manufacturing marketplace. He provides both financial and operational savvy, to the day to day activities at McDonald Technologies. Rob's past work experience includes 20 years at Marlow Industries and Texas Instruments. While at Marlow Industries, he helped guide the company to become known for their quality and operational excellence, which garnered Marlow, the Malcolm Baldridge National Award for Quality. Rob is also a Certified Public Accountant; Rob received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Carcy Clinton: General Manager
Carcy's experience in manufacturing includes expertise in all the core areas which include, Materials Planning, Personnel, Resource Management, and Operations Management. With 17+ years at McDonald Technologies Carcy has help manage the growth and exceptional quality the company is known for. Carcy's main areas of focus are meeting monthly P & L goals, leading the McDonald Technologies production teams, providing key customer service, and providing inside support of business development, and new product introduction. Progressing through the ranks and operating both design and manufacturing divisions for McDonald Technologies during his tenure has provided with an invaluable perspective in managing McDonald Technologies operations. Carcy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, from the University of Texas and a Master Degree, from Texas Christian University

J. Andrew Coday: Director of Strategic Operations
Andrew has been with McDonald Technologies for more than 22 years. His attention to detail has been his strong suit with round table experience of McDonald's infrastructure; beginning his career in quality control and moving through virtually all of the ranks within the company. Today, Andrew is the Director of Strategic Operations which includes leading the organization in regards to Information Technology and Materials Requirement Planning and is part of the Business Management Team. Andrew holds a degree in Electronic Technology from VTI.

Thomas A. Varghese: Director of Quality
Thomas has 18 years experience in contract manufacturing and engineering services. Over the last 18 years, Thomas has been responsible for managing cross functional teams with a core focus on QA System, QA Engineering and Quality Control. Thomas was the key driver in establishing McDonald Technologies quality management system and ISO 9000 Certification. Thomas’s experience spans over 18 years in delivering quality guidelines and adherence to military standards and a strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing best practices. Thomas holds multiple degrees, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from Kerala University, India, a Bachelor of Education in Physical Science from Calicut University, India and a Masters Degree in Physics from Barkatullah University Bhopal, India.
