WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS
Chief Technologies Officer

 

A self directed entrepreneurial leader, experienced, driven, innovative, able to provide manufacturing support, technical support, customer support, and sales support and be able to lead design and concurrent engineers groups. This person to be a direct interface with customers, customers’ products and be “hands on” with troubleshooting and solving technical product production and development and/or design issues.

 

Job Description:

 

·         Must be able to lead both internal teams and leverage third party partners. Build best practices and strategies for meeting and/ or exceeding client expectations.

 

·         Must be able to manage all aspects of an Engineering department. Responsibilities include organizing, planning, delegating, and directing engineering staff and programs according to project requirements as well as addressing challenges and resolving issues.

 

·         Must be accountable and responsible for the enhancement and management of the company’s technology resources and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing top-notch teams, development processes, standards, and methodologies for improvement.

·         Must work closely with customers, sales and manufacturing to design solutions that are practical, intuitive, cost competitive, and profitable.

·         Must be able to effectively communicate with non technical people and management to clearly define issues and problems and to propose solutions to those issues and problems.

 

·         Must be able to diagnose issues of diverse scope with design, field performance, reliability and test yields of products and identify root causes of failures and suggest corrective and preventative actions.

·         Must be able to clearly define and articulate major and subtle performance issues in electronic systems (preferably RF) and to recommend and implement solutions to technical and or operational problems.

 

·         Must be able to plan and execute and integration strategy within all Engineering/ test departments, disciplines and brands capitalizing on all technical skills, and maximizing synergies. Includes but not limited to, cross population of engineers by skill set per project, common processes where applicable, organized process to product development, etc.

 

 

 

Experience Requirements

 

·         7+ years of experience directing and leading a diverse team of engineers towards product development and product support.

·         7+ years of hands on design experience involving complex circuit design within the RF, and Embedded equipment industry.

·         Experience and understanding of RF and MW based technology and related hardware (equipment) and components/ instruments.

·         Familiar with engineering design and analysis/ test support software tools including CAD tools.

·         Technical expertise in the manufacturing process and engineering of printed circuit board assemblies and systems integration.

·         Understanding of wireless protocols and wireless industry.

·         Experience producing results by working with diverse technical teams.

·         Proven leadership experience and successful management techniques.

·         The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in often ambiguous environments.

·         Comfortable using basic Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, etc.

 

Education Requirements

·         Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Technology. MSEE preferred.

 

 

 

Cost Estimator Assistant

·         Self Directed/ Motivated looking for the next challenge/ project.

·         Driven to meet deadlines.

·         Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel.

·         Competent in spreadsheet packages and data base manipulation.

·         Familiar with circuit board and electromechanical components including industry terminology common acronyms and abbreviations with a basic knowledge of electronics.

·         1-2 years with EMS or electronic distribution company preferred.

·         Must have excellent communication skills both writhen as well as be able to work in a team environment.

·         Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

 

 

 

Quality Assurance Engineer.

 

Following expertise is required to be considered for this career opportunity;

 

·         2-5 yrs of working Quality Engineering.

·         Knowledge of PCB’s and Cable assemblies.

·         Working knowledge of ISO9001 or equivalent.

·         SQC /SPC knowledge desired.

·         Needs to be familiar with all Solder Processes (SMT, BGA, IPC610, IPC620)

·         Must have excellent computer skills which include databases and spreadsheets.
